  Used their shoe protector product on my brogues and it left huge stain marks. I got in touch and sent them the brogues and to their credit they restored the shoes, except for noticeable cracking that had occurred due to the products used. They sent out some polish to try and fix it, it didn't. My shoes had been irreversibly damaged due to using their product, so naturally I asked for compensation for the value of the shoes. They've since ignored all emails meaning that I've essentially been left out of pocket. I won't touch their products again and strongly urge you to try a different company too.
